My Account, Orders & Shipping
- What is My Account?
We've made it easy for you to view and update your account and orders any time through "My Account". "My Account" allows you complete control over your transactions. You can
- manage/edit all your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids
- change your password
- track the status of your orders
- How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally (and immediately). We will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your order/account. In this mail you will be provided with an Order ID (eg. 1010101) for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.
- What are the delivery charges?
We provide free delivery on all products.
- Is that shipping required for software products?
There are 3 options available to get purchased software product:
- We can ship you software in CD form and will assist you through installation
- You can download the software from downloads section
- We can install software directly on your system using Terminal softwares like TeamViewer etc.
We suggest using option no 2 and 3 for faster installation.
- IS there any hidden cost like tax, octroi etc?
There is no hidden cost apart from what you see on shoping cart and checkout page.

- What are the payment modes available?
You have 3 options to pay for your purchase:
- Online payment using credit card, ATM card or NetBanking
- Bank Transfer
- Demand Draft, Cheque or Money Order
we suggest to use online payment for faster delivery of your purchase.
- Is my online transaction safe?
We use third party online payment provider EBS (http://ebs.in), one of the trusted name in online payment gateway world. Many e-commerce sites use them for their highest standard security and safe data practices.

- How to take Backup of your data?
You can take back up of your data in two ways:
A) Open APP and go to Misc menu. Select Backup Data option from there. Click on Browse button and choose location for backup file and give a file name. Finally click on OK button to create backup.
B) Close BLISS Advisor software and right click on its desktop shortcut. Select Properties option from pop-up menu to open properties window. Click on Find Target button (in Windows XP) or Open File Location button (in Windows Vista and Windows 7). Copy LIC file (MS-Access file) from here and paste at desired location.
- How to Restore Backup?
Close software and right click on its desktop shortcut. Select Properties option from pop-up menu to open properties window. Click on Find Target button (in Windows XP) or Open File Location button (in Windows Vista and Windows 7). Open Data Recovery Tool. There are 2 buttons in Data Recovery Tool. Click on 1st button. Select and Open Data File and Click on Restore Data button.
- I have problem in generating reports?
Go through following 2:
A) There must be a valid, unshared printer installed on your system and its Paper or Page Size must be A4. Note that Microsoft Image Writer, Microsoft Document Image Writer or Send To One Note are not valid printers.
B) Run System Update-I and Update Patch of software.
- Online Policy Update and FUP Update are not working.
If you are using Windows XP then go to the Control Panel, open Windows Firewall and turn it off. If problem is still there then exit your anti-virus then try again. I f you are using Windows Vista or Windows-7 then go to the Control Panel: 1- Open Windows Firewall and turn it off. And 2- Open Internet Options go to Security tab. You will find a Check Box there with label "Enable Protected Mode (requires restarting Internet Explorer)". Remove check from that box and click on OK button.
Lapse Policy Statement is showing blank report.
You can try one of three:
1- Restore previous back up of data.
2- Import data from LIC (Division) CD
3- Download data by Online Policy Update using your portal password.
- Latest updated plan is not working.
Problem occurs in Windows Vista & Windows 7 Operating Systems if User Account Control is enabled. Disable User Account Control, run Software Update Patch and Restore Data.
- How to change address and contact detail on report header?
Open Software. Go to Misc menu and click on Modify Detail option. Make desired changes.
- How to save reports or presentations?
Click on Print button (upper-right corner). Select PDF printer and click on Print button. It will open a window to choose location. Click on Save button.
In Plan Presentations it shows -1 year age on entering any Date of Birth.
Open Regional and Language Options from Control Panel. Click on Customize… button. Now Click on Date tab. Change Short date format to dd/MM/yyyy and click on OK button
Cancellation & Refund
- How and when can I cancel my purchase?
Software Products
All softwares have trial version limitations, that can be removed by purchasing a valid registration code from BLISS.
Order cancellation and refund for software's purchased are valid untill they are not registered with a valid registration code provided by BLISS Infosoft after purchase. This means you will not be entitled for any refund claims, once you registered the software.
Merchandise Products
If you are unhappy with the product that you have received for any reason you can send it back to us within 15 days from the date of receiving the order on address mentioned at Contact us page.
